Does anyone do ILT drills in TR workouts?

Every now and then, I encounter a TR workout that includes instructions for Independent Leg Training (ILT) drills. Personally, I skip these drills, but I’m interested to know if others incorporate them into their workout and whether they find them beneficial?

I’m old schooled. Have used them for years way before Chad was born. I found pedaling with one leg helps smooth out any choppy-ness.

Depends on what I’m doing an the goal of the workout. When I think they’ll be beneficial, yes. When I don’t want to bother, nope. Same with Aero and quadrant drills.

I do if I’m paying attention to the workout instructions. I don’t like them but they do help with smoothing out my pedaling circle.
