Any tips of shifting the FTP detection date?
Currently mine falls right in the middle of the 3 weeks of hard workouts. Id like to shift it to the last Sunday, so I get my FTP bumps (hopefully) as a reward at the end of the 3 weeks of work, and so I can then do the next block at a constant FTP rather than it changing half way through.
Can I simply set a manual FTP of 274w (to match / overwrite the existing AI detection), delete the last detection (that resulted in 274w), then trigger a new detection on the 29th to get this lined up?
I am assuming that as long as I delete the last AI detection it will allow me to trigger a new one. But I am not sure if this is true.
Or, do I have to delay accepting the next detection in 3 weeks or so until it lines up as I wish?
