Set ATH FTP and somehow pulled a muscle

Has anyone ever pulled a muscle during an continuous effort? I was doing the ramp test and ended up with what feels like a cramp or pulled muscle. It’s 1/3 down between hip and knee, and laterally between the quad and ITB. I thought maybe it was a cramp and made myself a banana protein shake and popped a few salt tablets. It’s still sore. I have never experienced anything like this. On the bright side I set a new record. Bummed because I’m not sure I’ll be riding tomorrow.
