Has anyone used Redcon1 MRE to fuel there workouts or rides? I have been using it during my off season workouts I felt it was good for the gym but haven’t really used it on the bike. There’s something to the toon of 61g of carbs and 47g of protein with 540cal per serving. I was considering packing some of this on longer rides and using it with my PPJ sammiches to get more fuel on longer rides. Was looking for outside thought and experience with this idea.
