At that pacing on LEL you’d be 15.5 hours ahead of the time limit after 600km. Perhaps focus on maintaining your current fitness for now. In reality you’ve likely only got another 3 weeks to productively add any more fitness gains before LEL. It’s unlikely you’ll see anything that translates into sustainable average speed gains over LEL distance.

If it helps in 2013, I only cycle commuted to work ahead of LEL. I finished just fine. I wasn’t ill though.
