Prostate Cancer and ADT treatment

I have recently started ADT treatment and have been unable to find guidance from the medical community on how to adjust training, what to expect or general guidelines. As a 50 year old that spends 4+ hrs a week on TR and 3 days strength training, I would love to stay on the training program and hold onto what gains I can. I love the AI adjusted training plans, but don’t know if it will adjust appropriately as my testosterone disappears .

Over the past year, I have increased w/kg from 2.5 to 3.5 through a combination of increased FTP and reduced weight. I am planning on riding the 24hr in the Ole Pueblo (as part of a team) 2 months into the treatment program.

Any experiences or suggestions for training, managing the impacts of ADT or navigating the race would be appreciated.

If there is a researcher interested in the impacts of ADT on training, I would love to share data and help the next generation.
