I’m a bit conflicted and would love to get some other thoughts.
I was between two and three weeks into a new training plan (and loving the AI and ftp prediction) then I got sick. ![]()
I updated my calendar and it removed all workouts for a 6 day period (great!).
I feel 95% recovered and looking forward to resuming my training plan. However next week is all low-zone recovery workouts. I’m trying to reason the options. A) embrace recovery B) best way to ramp it back up (favoured).
Mainly interested in best way to change the recovery week for a normal week.
