Polarised plan split

I’m on a lv polarised mon-fri with a longer unstructured Saturday (road/gravel with power meter or MTB with only HR).

If I’m adding a day extra TrainerRoad workout (or two with winter limiting outside motivation) what is a good split for z2 to vo2?

Want to stick 2:1 or 3:1 or even 1:1, currently the lv plan is broken down to 2:1.
