Last week I finished week 3 of Base Phase Low Volume 1. Unfortunately I am on hiatus due to having to return my Elite Suito due to a knocking noise. They are sending a new one but at this time of the year I’m probably looking at a couple of weeks. I see there is a new approach through Plan Builder. Do I just pick up on week 4 or look towards the Builder?
Builder gets my vote! TR has an article that talks about how to deal with training interruptions, but since you’re only three weeks in and you’ll be out for a couple weeks, might as well start fresh.
