Plan Builder General Fitness Plans Help

Hello all,

Under Plan Builder General fitness plans, would anyone happen to know what plans focuses on Sustain Power builds vs Short Power builds.

I see the options are: Improving Climbing, Building Endurance, Getting Faster for Group Rides, General Fitness and Maintaining Fitness.

I guess Improving Climbing is Sustain Power build but I’m not sure and have no idea what the other plan focus on that zone.

This doesn’t answer your question, but if, instead of using Plan Builder, you go to the WEBSITE Training Plans (NOT in the App), Training Phases, Build Phase, you can see and schedule the old plan names of Short Power Build, Sustained Power Build, etc.

I can also see the names in the App, but I can’t see the details or schedule the plan.

I believe that the climbing and endurance plans will lean more towards sustained power than the others. :thinking:
