Im a normal, mid pack ironman distance triathlete. As part of the training, i usually sign up for few different types of running race.
I was looking through the event types available in the plan builder, and i could not find any run or swim related event (which makes sense in a way). But the fact is that non-bike races do stress the body and i was wondering if there is a way to account for those races in the plan.
