Coming up on the final week of my training plan. Yesterday I completed a 9.1 Anaerobic workout. I know that FTP detection is disabled during the specialty phase, but shouldn’t I have gotten an FTP adjustment?
The final week of the current plan is a low intensity week (still specialty phase) and then I start the build phase of a new training plan. Will I get an FTP detection at the end of the current training plan? Or should I manually run AI detection after the plan’s final workout? Just want to make sure I hit the new plan at an optimal level.
