I’m new to Trainerroad since this fall and decided to do the Base Phase - Built Phase - Specialty Phase cycle to prepare for my A race in April. I somehow managed to start with the SSB mid II plan instead of SSB mid I. I’m now in week 4 of the SSBII plan. Should I start with SSB I after finalizing SSB II or should I repeat SSB II and afterwards move on to the Built phase? Other suggestions?
