Anybody else, having the frustration, that you need to go through all the onboarding questions every time you log onto TR Website.
On the App it’s fine
all good for me - just checked on the website.
Never had a problem myself, you should maybe contact support.

Aaah I’m sorry, that sounds frustrating.
I took a look at your account but wasn’t able to reproduce the issue on our end.
With that said, give these steps a shot- they normally resolve these kinds of hiccups:
- First, try a hard refresh:
- Windows/Linux:
Ctrl + F5
- Mac:
Command ⌘ + Shift + R
This clears out any stuck files that might be preventing the page from loading correctly.
- Next, let’s clear your browser cache. Sometimes cache files get corrupted and block things from working smoothly. Here’s how to do it depending on your browser:
Google Chrome:
- Click the three-dot menu > “Settings” > “Privacy and security” > “Clear browsing data”
- Under “Time range,” choose “All time”
- Make sure “Cached images and files” is selected
- Click “Clear data”
Safari:
- Safari menu > Preferences > Advanced tab
- Enable “Show Develop menu in menu bar”
- In the new Develop menu, click “Empty Caches”
Firefox:
- Menu > Settings > “Privacy & Security”
- Under “Cookies and Site Data,” click Clear Data
- Make sure “Cached Web Content” is checked, then click Clear
Edge:
- Menu > Settings > “Privacy, search, and services”
- Under “Clear browsing data,” click Choose what to clear
- Select “Cached images and files” and click Clear
- If those don’t work, try opening the onboarding flow in a different browser—we support Microsoft Edge, Chrome, and Firefox.
