Yo! Do you still have these?

I snagged them

Which ones were they? Standard or extralight? How did they ride? Looking for that one super supple tire is all…I’d ride Challenge except they are just too tight.

They were either standard or endurance. I’ve never bought an extralight… too afraid of flats, though my use case probably doesn’t justify more than standard and could likely be fine on extralight. But both my current bikes are on René Herse 700x44 Snoqualmie Pass slicks, and I’ve been really happy with them.

does someone with a Tarmac SL8 has no use for this adapter and would be willing to part with it? I pay shipping and buy you a beer. DM me if interested:

Syncros RR IC 31.8mm stem. 110mm. Used one ride.

I have two GravelKing SK+ in 700x35 that I’d like to pass on. Never used, but they were mounted with sealant. Just pay shipping.

Anyone need a pair of men’s knee warmers from The Black Bibs? Size large. Worn a few times but in perfect shape. Looks like priority shipping in the US would be about $10. These are the item: The Black Knee Warmers – The Black Bibs

Any chance you still have these kicking around?

I posted this in another thread and wanted to bring it here;

@Pbase really hooked me up and sent me a really good shape “SMP Avant” and although after trying it out it wasn’t quite right it showed me some things that SMP did do right for me. That said I took the plunge and ordered a SMP Evo and I am happy to say it is insanely nice, I use to only make it maybe 30-35min on the trainer and that was being on bar tops. I now have (6) 90-min sessions where I do not even feel the saddle and ride mainly on the hoods or drops!

I cant even imagine what outside would be like because before - outside I was a hoods/drop rider (just couldn’t do it inside).

That said - I want to try to gift this saddle to someone that is Eagle Beak curious!

Just let me know - or if anyone has questions about the SMP Evo LMK!

Thanks @Pbase for helping a 23+ year competitive rider on the boarder of trying a SMP and has had a lot of discomfort!

Glad I could help!

For anyone who doesn’t know about the SMP saddles, they’re very odd looking, but some people swear by them for sit bone relief. I actually used one on my XC mtb for a while. Here’s a pic of the Avant so you know why we call them an “eagle beak”!

Another +1 for the SMP! Great opportunity to try it out. I ride a Carbon Lite and have used a Dynamic. Use it on my road and gravel bikes.

Hi, I am very eagle beak curious! I’ve never found a good saddle for me and the comments of others here and elsewhere have me interested. If no one else has claimed it I would love to try it out. I will pass it on to the next tester if it doesn’t work. Cheers

Hi clip78, I apologize but the saddle was requested before you posted. Maybe it will make it back into circulation or someone else possibly has one.

No problem at all. What differences between the saddles make you pick the Evo vs the Avant?

Another Selle SMP fan here! I wore out my Lite 209 after many years of service, and now I’ve switched over to using the Drakon with great results (400+ mile weekend with no saddle sores)

I believe SMP has a tool on their website to help you select a saddle. What it recommended lined up with the saddle I was already using, so I think it’s a pretty good starting point.

OK, great. I had not found that yet.
