If you’re doing the workouts in Zwift I’d suggest going to the connections settings page in Zwift and disconnecting and reconnecting Strava there.

I also assume that’s the issue.
TR does not work as a hub, i.e. it will not forward on files sent to it to other services.
If you ride on Zwift you will need a direct sync from Zwift to Strava to have the workout show up there.
Same for Garmin connect.
If Zwift files are not showing up in Strava it is a Strava/Zwift issue not TR.
The Strava screenshot you linked regarding “integrations” isn’t the activity link - that’s just what enables Zwift to show uploaded pictures.

Is there a way to copy the workout in TR and then send it?
You can download the fit file if you go to the activity from your feed in the Zwift website and hit the gear icon.
And then you can upload it to Strava.
