Nordic Walking anybody?


I am looking at some outdoor activity options for recovery and easy days. I hate running and actually my knees, too.
Does anybody here do Nordic Walking? Seems interesting as it focuses on low intensity but also works the upper body when done right. So I am talking about proper NW not the I-am-carrying-sticks-around kind of thing.


No Scandinavians here? I thought you guys never leave the house without poles :slight_smile:
