A short time ago I skimmed a thread I wanted to come back to but can’t seem to find it now. I forget the central topic for the thread but the part of interest was from someone having issues with VO2max workouts. I believe they got some advice directly from Chad about how to do a progressive block of workouts meant to build VO2 max performance. Does this ring a bell with anyone? If someone can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.
