Can anyone please help with why my training plan is now giving 2 or 3 training sessions on the same day. Once per week.? One might be an endurance and the other might be a threshold?

The Pioneer -3 workout on Friday is not part of your training plan as it doesn’t have the calendar icon in the top right corner. It do have the pin icon in the top left corner indicating that it’s something you have put there. What happens if you unpin it?

Thank you for getting back to me.
I unpinned the Pioneer -3 workout that was doubled up for this Friday…. But it’s now swapped it with Daemon workout as a second workout for the day… on top of the Threshold session.
Giving me 5 workouts for the week and my 3 gym weights workout.
Also for the following Friday, the “Pinned” Pioneer-3 workout is back in there again… pinned!
I for sure have not pinned it or chosen it.
What’s going on please?
You need to not only unpin those workouts, but also delete them. Unpinning them will only allow TR to adjust them based on your fitness and recent training.
Right-click on those extra workouts that don’t have a calendar in the top right corner and delete them.
