I’m curious as to why moving every wokout one day forward generates a warning about high intensity ones being too close together.
That is funny that it has an issue with that as the spacing and layout of plan is the same it is just shifted. Fine to ignore the warning and just carry on with plan I would think. Also the Dynamic isn’t so long compared to your typical hard workouts, zn2 of 1.5hr shouldn’t linger for that long (or at least you should acclimate to it soon)
Glad to see it isn’t just me that has an issue with starting the week with a long endurance! lol
A high school kid I used to coach for running in the summer wanted his long run on Monday’s… always messed me up with formatting weeks and especially recovery weeks. I ended up just changing the format of the spreadhsheet so that it made sense for ME - lol.

That dynamic workout on Monday is actually a group ride I do with a few mates and can be anything from 3 to 7 hrs depending on what we feel like and who turns up. It can also be really hard or short chill. I don’t put it in the plan like that as the AI throws a fit at the length of it. As I’ve been doing it for about 10 years or so I can’t see it as a problem. I fit my week in around how fatigued I am from it.
