Moving Workouts Inside Wk vs To Next/Prev Wk

Hi all,

I did a shuffle that resulted in me pulling a w.o. from next wk forward to this wk. Pic below.

Will this mess w TR’s AT and/or my own bio efforts / recovery, because TR is structured to look at total wkly TSS ?

Or nah, the TPs are built on a weekly structure for organization & progression, but AT is constantly looking 3 - 6 days into the past & future from current day, no matter where the week split officially is, and will adjust accordingly?

Only after making the change I noticed that it [of course] really threw my wkly TSS out of whack, wk-to-wk.
