Hi there. I am currently using a magene T300 plus indoor trainer but i have noticed that the trainer road app does not sync with trainer utilizing an ipad or laptop. I have tried using an ANT + dongle as well with no luck. At the moment i am running trainer road through zwift but i honestly would love to only use the trainer road application as paying for two subscriptions is becoming costly. Is there any update as to whether this can be fixed ?

I’ve replied to your Support ticket already, but I’ll post here as well for anyone seeing this thread.
While the Magene T300 isn’t listed among our officially supported trainers, TrainerRoad can connect to many trainers via ANT+ or Bluetooth. Unfortunately, we do not have a Magene T300 smart trainer in-house, so we have not been able to test it and see its compatibility with TrainerRoad.
Although you should be able to successfully connect this trainer using Bluetooth, there appears to be an issue that does not work smoothly in TrainerRoad. This is likely due to improper implementation of the FTMS profile that deviates from the industry standard for this trainer. At the moment, you’ll only be able to use the Magene in ERG mode if you connect using ANT+, even though the Trainer has Bluetooth compatibility. Thanks for getting back to me. Please send me a link for drivers for the ant + usb stick as i have one but windows doesn’t seem to recognise it on the trainer road app.
