Using Low Volume Full Distance for IM Chattanooga on 9/29.
The plan is fantastic for my needs, especially coming off an injury and heavy 2018.
One thing…
I don’t like that there are no 5 or 6 hour long rides. A ride of that duration gets me just up to 100 miles which i like under my belt 1x or 2x during my training.
Any suggestions on how to amend? Should i just extend my longest ride to 6? or am i overthinking. BTW I am the guy who follows the plan to a T.
If you look at the longest indoor ride in the speciality phase you will see that the outside version is 5hrs. There’s nothing to stop you extending it to 5.30 or even 6 hrs
