I’m in SS B2 HV and have missed two of the mid week workouts one being 2 hours and the other being hour and half
I had my final week in work in the hospital and was rushed off my feet all week with only being able to finish the tuesday workouts (Antelope +4)
During one of the days I had a takeaway and overindulged with junk food which i haven’t done for months
Just curious if I should just carry on training like normal and just get over the fact i’ve missed the two or push the week back try get back on the wagon next week.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated as only 21 & pretty new to structured training but have held a w/kg of 4.1 since last year just so you guys know what sort of rider I am
