Long covid effects and starting a TR plan

I’m a 58 year old and I had covid back in July/August and only in the last month have me long covid symptoms started to improve. I have brain fog, pain in most of my joints and large muscles, fatigue and sleep issues.
I’ve been working with the UK long covid service lately and had physio to help with an altered breathing pattern that apparently is fairly common.
The brain fog has mostly lifted now just the occasional problem reaching for a word.
The pain has come down a bit.
The fatigue was a big downer and any exercise, even walking up the stairs knocked me back. I started back on the trainer 4 weeks ago and have worked up to doing 15 minutes erg mode at 55 watts twice a week, which means first gear and a lower cadence than I’m used to.
