So I watched the Dan Lloyd video where he tested after doing the 10 week sufferfest plan, and without explicitly naming TR I just gave him a kudos and that my FTP went up 20w in 12 weeks doing 10hrs of sweet spot every week. The sufferfest account replied “if you ever want to give our approach, and move to more effective 4dp based workouts, we’re sure you’ll see better returns in less time” Bold statement lol
