I did some updates to my plan to play around with some things and basicly reverted back to my original setup. 2 high intensity days per week and 1 endurance day set to 3h Dynamic endurance.
Now it suggests dynamic endurance length at 1h45m. Prior to updating my plan. It suggested 3hours. What’s the reason for this to suddenly be different?
I’m currently in build phase and training for a 4h30min’ish event in April.
if it is “correct”, would I be better off to try to include 2 dynamic endurance days at eg max 2 hours?
I also find it odd that when I click “check volume” it suggests 270min endurance. But when clicking the drop down it says “recommended” at 90 min endurance?
Workouts will not automatically be set at the maximum duration. Your training plan will gradually work up towards the maximum duration that you have set based on completed training sessions.
Thanks, I know however I also had 3h dynamic endurance before I edited that plan today and here it was already at 3 hours. So wonder why it suddenly reduced time after editing the plan as I didn’t make any changes?
I’ve had the same issue. I played a bit with the weekly schedule and my dynamic endurance workouts decreased from 3.5h to 2.5h. I tried several combinations in the schedule to try to make the old volume come back (reduce session length, etc) but nothing worked…
