Dynamic Endurance has stayed at 1 hour (21 weeks into a 41 week custom plan)

Within the AI Simulation Window, I’ve never seen my Dynamic Endurance workouts (Group Ride, outside) change from 1 hour. I’ve been doing 3 hour group rides.

I would open a ticket with support if you haven’t already. Mine has never behaved like that since its launch, immediately started ramping up volume in a way that made sense.

I have this; for me it seems like an overall weekly TSS limit. The more volume you add in M-F the dynamic ride gets siphoned off. Like you have done I just ignore it and dynamically enjoy my weekend group ride and continue to see improvements.

Are you getting any red or yellow days on the days that those long rides are scheduled?
