Leadville - 45 minute workouts & added outside rides

Looking for thoughts on my situation.

I’m training for Leadville 22’ (Buckled in 2019 thanks to TR), but my weekday training time is much more limited this year (kids, sports, work, etc…)

I take my trainer & bike to work and setup in the parking garage at lunch, but this only allows for no more than 45 minute workouts.

I plan on doing the low volume T, W, TH but reducing workouts to 45 min alternatives.

Then on the weekends I will MTB long outside and do some Zwift climbs (multiple ADZ’s, etc…). I live at sea level so outside sustained climbs are not an option.

Thoughts or opinions on my approach?
