Do you happen to know if Keytone IQ works and is safe? I’ve seen a lot on Instagram about it with Visma and the Wedo podcast, but I have not seen reliable research or a trusted source talk about efficacy and safety.

I’ve used it and wish I could get my money back! Thankfully it didn’t make me sick or cause any issues. :slight_smile:

Isn’t Keystone iq the one that only has one part of the Oxford study ketone? Iirc it only has BDO and not BHB unless something changed.

I went and checked and yes the iq only has BDO. I would not use it if you want the claimed benefits of ketones. I have yet to see any strong evidence of performance increases using them, there is some indication they can raise epo levels if taken in higher doses over an extended period of time but …
