My training plan looks like this - 2 x hour workouts + 1 75min one. Half the time my calendar gives me workouts that have different duration (longer) and it’s not super intuitive on how I can change it back to what I want, or I don’t even notice it until I already started.
Is there a way to turn off whatever adjustment makes it do that? I set this duration because that’s the time I have; if I have more time I can choose something different…
@Helvellyn is correct. This is the Workout Extension feature in action. You can turn it off from your settings menu.

Thank you, looks like I already have it turned off though? Or maybe I need to turn Smart Training off completely?

I can see there’s a bug with the Workout Extension toggle in some cases. Sorry about that, I’ll have an engineer dig into it.
In the meantime, when this happens, it’s easy to toggle back to your originally-intended duration. Just click the little header showing the shorter duration for the workout on your calendar.
As an aside, this applies anytime TrainerRoad AI changes a workout’s duration or zone from what was originally planned (and any time Fatigue Detection makes a workout easier/gives you a rest day due to fatigue). You can always click this header item and toggle back to what you originally had planned.
