Is it ok to keep training on the bike after DOMs?

Is it ok to keep to regularly intensity, lower it or rest till DOMs go away? What are my options? Butt and thighs are slow after adding squats. It probably won’t come back my next time around but would like to know in general so if it happens again in the future.

I always train through them. With HIT-work they disappear quite fast.

yeah it’s fine to truck on through. I really have to massage with a roller or stick after squat day. Might be a little sore, but if you can put out the watts, you’re all good.
