I am new to TR and I have not done an IM in several years but thought would be good time to do another. I am comfortable with building a plan for run and swim, but would really like to improve on cycling performance. I am wondering what would be the best plan to follow to improve cycling performance after a layoff. Cheer and thanks

I would say it depends on what training you have been doing, what is your current level of training, when and where are you racing.
