Interface with zwift

I am having issues with data transferring from and too zwift.

I have read the forum and web fixes and nothing seems to be working?

removed and reinstated the connection, changed calendar dates tried updating and loading on a different PC I’m now stuck?

No workouts are appearing nor if i go to workout page no trainer road options?

Can anyone help please?

Drop an email to support@trainerroad.com

Thanks

For what it’s worth, my TR-Zwift integration is working flawlessly. So I’m guessing it’s something specific to your setup that is causing the issue, as opposed to something with the integration.

Thanks I’ve only just got trainer road so it could be me? I have been through all suggestions on here last issue appeared to be earlier this year so I assume it is somthing im missing?

Are you using the same email address for both Zwift and TR? Have you confirmed in both Zwift and TR that they are connected to each other? Are you seeing the ‘Z’ logo under your next couple of workouts in the TR calendar?

(Bolding is mine to emphasize my comment subject)

This depends on when your next workouts are. I have a bike tomorrow with the Z, but the next day is a run. It’s on my TR calendar, but no Z. The following day is a ride, but no Z shows today.

I think if you get the TR kit in Zwift “everything will be all right”

I just replied to your support ticket. Let me know what you find!

For any others, here is our Help Center document on setting up Zwift.

Yep been to this page and followed all prompts,

  • yep the “z” is showing on the calendar.
  • The zwift boxes are green
  • strava data is coming through
  • I have disconnected and reconnected
  • I have moved the calendar day back and forward refreshing after the moves

I have tech support communicating with me so ill keep you updated on the outcome

Oh its eddie helping me thanks bro

Mine does too! (I know that doesn’t help the OP, but does suggest a user/set-up specific issue)

Thanks awesome so many people on here are trying to help sort out.

Yea I conducted all of the above each day now, still no luck. I have replied to old mate last night so I’m sure hell get back to me tonight some time it not the end of the world . I’ve just made a workout in zwift to match the trainer road workout for now, not as magical but it will do the job :+1:

Might not be connected, but Zwift was running like a bag of s**t yesterday with issues occuring all over the place.

If the issue only happened yesterday I would give it a chance today.

Right an update,

  • I have checked the “z” is present on trainer road
  • checked i have the correct Zwift account
  • I have disconnected and reconnected Zwift account
  • I can confirm have followed all steps in the how to connect page
  • I have tried moving calendar days
  • it seems all my rides done on Zwift are uploaded to trainer road via Strava

Tech support have gone silent for a few days now so I guess ill keep building the rides manually for now unless anyone else has had these issues and knows of a solution?.

The last bullet point would seem to indicate that you are seeing your TR workouts in Zwift, and are doing the workouts in Zwift. Is this correct? If so, are you then rating the workout in Zwift and saving it?

Im having to make the workouts in “custom workouts” in zwift manually. then Strava is transferring the ride to trainer road.

no trainer road folders workout’s gear anything has appeared in Zwift

And you definitely don’t have two Zwift accounts? It seems as though TR thinks it’s happy connected to something?

Yep logged out and re logged in checking the right zwift log in details. I have disconnected again today and ill quadruple check again later

You might want to reach out to Zwift support if you’re not seeing a TrainerRoad folder in Zwift workouts, especially if you’re seeing the Zwift logo in the TrainerRoad app. I always see the TR workout for the current day on the Home Screen when I log in to Zwift, which should also be the case for you
