I certainly need to work on my position. Either my shoulders are too high when my knees are fine, or my knees are too high when I get my shoulders down.

No. I find the responses here terribly detailed beyond what I could expect for a community forum.
I’ve found the TR staff to meet a very high standard for customer service both on the forums, and when I’ve contacted them directly. Literally every interaction has been positive.

I’ve tried Flake in the bath, but because of the high milk content it usually melts before I can eat it. I’ve even tried refrigerating them the night before (like I used to do with my water bottles before TR became TS) but it doesn’t work.
Also, and I hate to bring this up, but i don’t think I have the Q-factor right to optimise the soap properly. Can someone, for the love of soap, explain this…
