I have no idea whats going on anymore, but I’m here for it ![]()
I need some soap advice, does the same rules apply as leg shaving, bathe the front and back and leave a trip wire down the side ?
I like using old spice soap based on a review published in 1969 you can gain an extra 2 watts using it.
bath tube
Is that related to a wind tunnel?
Considering the thread thread is titled “intensely annoying responses […],” I don’t think we’re off topic yet.
The Q factor is heavily dependant on your loofah/sponge/washcloth choice. If you run too big an exfoliating ratio, you’ll never get a good hip angle in the down stroke and lose scrubbing efficiency.
I don’t buy into new theories about limiting exfoliation. I’m 100% on board the “peel is real” bandwagon.
its essential to use a birch whisk to properly exfoliate in a dry Norwegian sauna (no throwing water on the stove). And don’t forget to precisely regulate the temperature, Norwegians are famous for keeping the sauna temperature just under the lower aerobic threshold.
Another forum I participated in years ago would have threads “go pasta” when someone was clearly posting topics to be divisive. We would just start posting pasta recipes to derail them (and I picked up several fantastic recipes from it!!).
“Going soap” is almost better. ![]()
Y’all have such a lye sense of humor around here…
I have bathing questions.
How many of you clean the tub after bathing vs just let it dry and jump back in the next day?
What do you use for bathing entertainment? Rubber ducks and boats or are you all watching movies?
Anybody have good recommendations for remotely adjusting the water temp? I’m too lazy to lean forward.
How do I acclimate to hot water?
Liquid or bar soap?
To bubble or not to bubble?
Lights off with candles or lights on?
Though not quite as tasty ![]()

But is clean fun
As my grandfather used to say, what good is clean fun”
You mean, legacy ancestor?
I’m a big fan of soap, and have a bath once a year whether I need it or not. I’m just wondering if my soap bought in 1949 has an expiry date?
I know you, AussieRider, and appreciate your comment. TR is awesome!
Um, we know each other? lol
I suppose that would be a clean break
The volume of the bath tub doesn’t change just because there is a bather in it. They just take up some of the volume.
