I need to hear his breakdown on castile soaps. My mom swears by them but they always feel a little weird to me. @ellsworth81 what’s your wife’s take?
I just hope when they do the switch to TrainerSoap, they offer a variety of non-floral scents as well. I had a charcoal scented candle (sounds weird, I know, but man it smelled great) that I think would sell like gangbusters.

I’m gonna take this as a compliment and assume you’ve not seen all my idiotic ramblings!
I don’t always receive a response on the forum when I @ a TR employee, but the actual customer service is 5/5 for me every time.
Or/and you can post here so people who have tried to help you can maybe understand what you are talking about.
You are suspiciously hesitant about posting specifics regarding this subject. I don’t want to label you as a troll, but it’s not a good look when a person throws accusations but refuse the back them up with with proof, like specific forum posts.
I figured they just left out some quotation marks. Should read:
The forum is a bunch of smart misfits “helping” each other.
I suspect they get a few “negative” posts by non-legit forum users created by less than good intentioned competitors, users of competitors, or disgruntled former users. I’ve noticed it before when someone with a small number of posts comes in guns blazing and it just didn’t seem legit.
Frankly, the mostly technical issues I have had have been solved quite professionally and patiently by their support desk and I must say they perform well above industry average.
I have no interest in stating this whatsoever, this is my honest opinion and I’m a critical guy when it comes to having my questions answered.
I think the TR helpdesk deserves praise, compared to many companies out there.
Having said that, this is slightly off topic, but I think they are probably well challenged by the fact that they innovate a bit too much for my taste: the updates bring along bugs and while they do a good job at solving them through proper support, less frequent innovations would probably result in less need for problem solving.
The current issue I am finding a solution for is that the Android app suddenly keeps crashing for me. Having gone through the usual steps, I am increasingly getting the feeling that the app is overcomplicating an otherwise straightforward procedure. But this issue is not related to the service delivery of their helpdesk of course, which is doing a good job at trying to help me solve the issue.
I’m a new user on TrainerSoap and wondering how to get an accurate Fix The Plug?
Should I have a shower first or do I just jump into the bath and get started?
And how much water should I use in the bath? I was going to go High Volume but I’m hearing that sometimes it’s better to start Low Volume and see how that goes?
I think you should start something in between.
If it’s too low you will not get soaked enough, if it’s too high you may spill water all over the floor.
Just try to start low and increase until you find a good balance.
I’ve only ever had questions answered by @Nate_Pearson @Jonathan or @IvyAudrain (oh, and @ming sorry, @ming, I still feel like I got you in trouble)
I would not describe any of those people as perky. Sorry to them if they aspire to be perky. If that is their goal they can keep trying but not for my sake.
What’s wrong with perky, anyhow? I guess the difference is that on this forum the TR staff answering posts can generally solve problems. At microsoft you’re probably answering forum posts…well…resources with resolution skills are resolving, not interacting.
Same feeling. ![]()
This is so wrong I can’t even begin to explain.
You need to either completely drown yourself in a tank or you need to wash yourself for 4 hours with a moist towelette. Sitting in a middle zone of wetness will only produce sub optimal cleaning adaptations in the long run
There are many studies that point to the benefits of starting at a mid point and go from there… Plus my personal experience tells me I am correct, so you are horribly wrong…
Now hold on. Are you telling me a youtube video and 2 studies I read the summaries of on a blogpost in the comments is wrong? I’m so angry right now I’m shaking.
Sauna bath my friend, where the Finnish method meets the hot new Norwegian training we saw take the win at Kona. Sweat the details.
Whats the most aero bath they currently sell?
I’ve heard I need to supplement the low-volume with “z2”, which I can only assume is Zest’s next generation soap. Anybody been able to find it online? Maybe I should email TR support.
Don’t. Their responses are intensely annoying. I’d explain why but I want to hear others experiences first.
