I’m in the process of changing jobs to one that is shift based, 1 week in 3 I’ll be doing overnight shifts so not sure how I’ll feel training in that a week (I’m a good 15 years older than last time I did nights!). Is there an easy method to bump all the booked sessions in my plan a week later?
