Post Injury Training

Hi guys, need advise on how I should approach my training. Been on IR for the last 2 weeks with a pulled/strained quad. Tried riding yesterday outside felt OK at Z2. But when I try to ride at threshold thats where the pain starts to creeps in.

I want to go back training again to avoid loss of fitness as I have an upcoming event in October. I am in the last 2 weeks of build phase when the injury happened. Shall I continue the where I left off or should I restart the whole build phase?

Are you using plan builder and adaptive training? If so add an annotation for the injury and the plan will recalculate appropriately.

I totally forgot about this feature. I already deleted my training plan and started over with SSB1. I hope this will give me good result.
