Individual Leg Training - Help needed

I have the following equipment

  • Kinentic R1

  • Stages Dual Sided power meters

When doing ILT drills it’s a cascade of “Workout Paused…Workout Started…Workout Paused…Workout Started…” doesn’t matter if I’m using the stages or trainer for power. It’s quite frustrating.

So, what are the pro tips I’m just not figuring out on my own?

Go into your TR app “Settings” section. Turn of “Pedal to Resume/Pause”.

This is effectively connected to whatever device you are using for “cadence” and is not connected to “power”. Likely, your cadence device is seeing “0” and pausing.
