Increase several PL zones in a single workout!

By doing Basin -5, I saw bumps in 5x zones after a 30 minute workout! Has anyone else seen similar workouts do this many zones at once?

I’ve never had so many but I’ve had Primary an Secondary progression levels a few times but usually only one secondary when it occurs.

There might be PL estimation bug in play:

  • late sprint will inflate any zone PLs that were preceding to this sprint (earlier topic about it)
  • as this specific workout contains Z3-Z4 (incl SS), both got boost, even if TiZ is small.
