Workout Secondary Power Level/Progression Levels

Is there a way to see the non primary progression levels associated with workouts before doing them?

I currently have an Endurance PL of 1.8, however my SS PL is 4.7 and threshold PL is 3.4.

I’d like to be able to do an alternate workout for my next SS workout that would also “bring up” my endurance PL to something that is more representative of my capabilities and is in line with the work I am currently doing. This is in preparation for a plan builder endurance ride scheduled for this weekend.

I could just do an alternate workout Saturday and drastically increase the workout level hoping I guess correctly, but I don’t have a good way to gauge how large of a jump I should make with respect to my current work.
