Illness button or recovery button

During or after illness. You are thrown straight back in to your workouts. Resulting in you messing around with your ftp calendars or starting the block again. Can a illness button be added so a block of endurance or recovery rides slowly bring you back in to the madness :rofl:

I asked TR support re this … and they suggested that the AI adjust the workouts after an absence … but my plan seemed unchanged after 10 days illness. In my mind there definitely should be some kind of automatic ramping up.

I’ve unfortunately had to place an injury in my calendar….. looking forward it seems to be planning to ease me back in gently.

My initial workouts after the injury period are at far lower levels than I was prior to time off.

I don’t see an illness training adjustment in your Calendar. You can add these: Training Adjustments and Notes

And then if you want lower intensity workouts, if you feel you’re not ready yet you can always choose a Workout Alternate or manually pick an AI workout in the zone you prefer :slight_smile:
