I imagine the team has thought of this already but

Most people tend to do their TR workouts using a phone, tablet or laptop, all of which have cameras on them. How’s about setting up a system where you position said device a designated distance from your bike and the camera is used to evaluate your head-on aero profile / basic CdA. During a workout your position is monitored and you are given an aero efficiency score, which adds to power / HR metrics and is highly applicable to real world cycling and essentially getting faster.
Like I say, I’m sure it’s been considered, but thought I’d throw it out there for discussion.

Huge fan of the TR product and podcast - legendary team :+1:t3:

Intriguing idea. I wonder if you’d have to hang a green screen behind the bike so that it would get a cleaner profile for calculating frontal area.

Maybe you could use 2 cameras to get stereo vision so you could map the wind facing topography.
