I have a problem with pairs and found bkool smart trainer in trainerroad.
I never had problems, but until yesterday
I am using a USB extension cable and ANT USB stick (adidas coach). ANT stick is “ON” position , but trainerroadroad does not find my BKOOL (0 devices found)
I re-install the software, USB stick. I check on another laptop and tablet (windows system) but no results…
I installed the BKOOL software and the he is found without any problem my trainer.
I have any ideas…
