Trainer not appearing

Hi
I’m using a left sided Garmin vector S2 and a Tacx Bushido.
I recently bought a dongle to run the trainer in Bluetooth as I was having problems with dropouts in ANT+. Forget which one but its the one recommended for use with Trainer Road.

So far so good. The trainer appears in the device window, showing power and other metrics but when I switch to the workout screen its gone.
No idea what to do to sort it. Anyone got any ideas?

Been down the support route already though. Kind of gave up because it was a bit slow

I’d uninstall and reinstall.
