Huawei T10s tablet TR connection troubleshooting

Hello

I recently purchase a Huawei MatePad tablet and installed TR app through petal search( their google play store equivalent i suppose)

I cannot connect my kickr core trainer and my polar H10 heart rate strap via bluetooth
This is happening only in TR app - my devices are visible on the tablet

If someone could tell me what could be the issue

Make sure you have the apps in my screenshot installed. Use the ant+ tester to make sure everything is working ok. There is a bug in Android 9 that prevents built in ant from working right now. The dongles are not affected by it. Let me know if you need more help. [Screenshot_20190127-153232~2]

Hmm. Okay, it may have some similarities in requiring a specific app or setting though for Bluetooth devices. Maybe the support team (support@trainerroad.comd) can help? Im not sure that we have one of these tablets on-hand within staff to check it out though.
