How to do The final prep for a two days hilly course

Hello guy,

Over the last couple of months I’ve been trying to get myself in the best possible shape for a two days away weekend with friends where the usual competition are present.

I’ve been doing longer and longer threshold intervals and finalized that block with the last workout of star king (2x17m on ftp) - the hills we’re going to take a crack at (this is the priority, as the one who’s strongest on the hills, have the next year of bragging at disposal) are between 15m and the longest of about 45m.

So my question - we are starting this coming Friday - I planned a taper/recovery days the next days up to the event, but which taper/ prep workout would you suggest to take? I’ve been doing about 200 hours on the bike thus far, so my base is pretty decent.
