I sprained my right index finger in a local CX race today. I have a workout planned for either tomorrow or Monday (ideally tomorrow since that leaves me a day before a hard crit practice). Is that too soon? Should I tape 2 fingers together to make it easier to shift up/down (I do my workouts outside since it’s too hot inside)?
As soon as it’s not causing you any issues to operate the gears/brakes safely?
