How should I record bootcamp/OrangeTheory workouts on my calendar so that my training plan is correctly tracked by AI?

I do OrangeTheory 3G 60 workouts about once a week with my wife, and I’d like to know how to record this on my TrainerRoad calendar so that AI FTP Detection and Red Light/Green Light accurately understand the training impact. These classes are like BootCamp - 18 min treadmill, 18 min rowing, 18 min weights - and I work out with pretty high intensity. The “Add Activity” options on the TrainerRoad calendar don’t have a BootCamp option. Should I log them as three separate activities?

Although it might seem like more work than you’d like, I’d definitely recommend recording each of these activities separately to ensure that TrainerRoad is getting an accurate picture of your training.

Something like a GPS watch might be good for tracking each activity and switching from one to the next easily, but you could probably get the same results with a dedicated heart rate monitor and a smartphone.
